Begin maart hebben wij jullie met dit bericht geïnformeerd over de financiële compensatie vanuit de overheid voor de 3e bso sluiting van 21-12-21 t/m 09-01-11. Inmiddels hebben wij aanvullende informatie van de overheid ontvangen.
Ouders met kinderopvangtoeslag
Had je tijdens deze periode kinderopvangtoeslag voor buitenschoolse opvang én heb je de eigen bijdrage doorbetaald? Dan ontvang je medio juni 2022 automatisch een tegemoetkoming voor de eigen bijdrage kinderopvang van de Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB) op je rekening.
Het kan zijn dat je tijdens de eerste en/of tweede sluitingsperiode van de kinderopvang te weinig tegemoetkoming heeft gehad. Is dit bij jou het geval, dan ontvangt je in juli automatisch een aanvullende tegemoetkoming van de SVB op je rekening.
Geef wijzigingen tijdig door
Is je persoonlijke of kinderopvangsituatie voor de jaren 2021 en 2022 gewijzigd? Geef dan je wijzigingen zo snel mogelijk maar uiterlijk 30 april 2022 door via Mijn toeslagen op de website van de Belastingdienst/Toeslagen. Dit is belangrijk want de tegemoetkomingen worden door de Belastingdienst/Toeslagen berekend op basis van de kinderopvangtoeslaggegevens die op 1 mei 2022 bekend zijn.
Ouders zonder kinderopvangtoeslag
Heb je gedurende de derde sluitingsperiode gebruik gemaakt van de buitenschoolse opvang en de factuur volledig zelf betaald (zonder recht op kinderopvangtoeslag of gemeentelijke subsidie)? Dan kun je recht krijgen op de tegemoetkomingsregeling KO zonder overheidsvergoeding (TTKZO). Je kunt de tegemoetkoming in het najaar van 2022 bij de SVB aanvragen. Meer informatie volgt zo spoedig mogelijk.
Gemeentelijke tegemoetkoming
Heb je gedurende de derde sluitingsperiode gebruik gemaakt van de buitenschoolse opvang via de gemeentelijke regeling sociaal medische indicatie (SMI) en je eigen bijdrage doorbetaald? Dan kun je voor de tegemoetkoming van de eigen bijdrage terecht bij jouw gemeente.

At the beginning of March we informed you with this message about the financial compensation from the government for the 3th bso closure from 21-12-21 to 09-01-11. We have now received additional information from the government.
Parents with childcare allowance
Did you receive childcare allowance for out-of-school care during this period and did you continue to pay the personal contribution? Then you will automatically receive an allowance for the personal contribution for childcare from the Social Insurance Bank (SVB) on your account in mid-June 2022.
It is possible that you received too little compensation during the first and/or second closing period of the childcare. If this is the case with you, you will automatically receive an additional allowance from the SVB on your account in July.
Notify changes in time
Has your personal or childcare situation changed for the years 2021 and 2022? In that case, pass on your changes as soon as possible, but no later than 30 April 2022, via 'Mijn toeslagen' on the website of the Tax Authorities / Allowances. This is important because the allowances are calculated by the Tax Authorities/Allowances on the basis of the childcare allowance data that are known on 1 May 2022.
Parents without childcare allowance
Did you use out-of-school care during the third closing period and paid the invoice in full yourself (without entitlement to childcare allowance or municipal subsidy)? Then you may be entitled to the KO compensation scheme without government compensation (TTKZO). You can apply for the allowance at the SVB in the autumn of 2022. More information will follow as soon as possible.
Parents who make use of a municipal allowance
During the third closing period, did you make use of the out-of-school care through the municipal social medical indication (SMI) scheme and continued to pay your own contribution? Then you can go to your municipality for the reimbursement of the personal contribution.
