De zomervakantie is in zicht! Wij bereiden ons voor op een mooi zomerprogramma. Het rondkrijgen van de roosters is op sommige plekken een uitdaging. Dat komt deels door de personeelskrapte in onze branche, maar ook door het hoge ziekteverzuim vanwege o.a. corona. Zeker nu de besmetting weer wat oplopen, willen wij jullie graag op een aantal punten attenderen. Wij doen er alles aan om de groepen open te houden, en jullie kunnen ons daarbij helpen! Op welke wijze dat lees je hieronder.
Meld je kind op tijd af
Nog niet alle ouders hebben via de ouderapp aangegeven wanneer hun kind in de zomervakantie wel of niet naar de opvang komt. Heb je jouw kind nog niet afgemeld voor de dagen waarop je geen opvang nodig hebt? Dan vragen we je dit zo snel mogelijk te doen. Zo kunnen we iemand die op die dag wel opvang nodig heeft een plekje bieden en tijdig onze personeelsplanning aanpassen.
Ook wanneer je kind onverwachts niet naar de opvang komt, bijv. door ziekte, vragen we je dit zo snel mogelijk via de ouderapp door te geven en je kind af te melden.
Ruilen en extra opvang
Wij krijgen regelmatig de vraag of het mogelijk is om een opvangdag te ruilen of een extra opvangdag af te nemen. Wij doen ons best om aan deze vragen te voldoen, maar door de personeelskrapte en de grote vraag naar opvang is hier helaas erg weinig ruimte voor. Wij vragen om jullie begrip hiervoor.
Richtlijnen corona
Op dit moment gelden er geen officiële coronamaatregelen meer vanuit de Rijksoverheid. Wel zijn er adviezen om de verspreiding van het coronavirus te beperken. Wij vragen jullie om hier rekening mee te houden. Zo kun je besmetting voor jezelf en anderen zo veel mogelijk voorkomen.
1,5 meter afstand en mondkapje?
Het dragen van een mondkapje en het houden van 1,5 meter afstand is niet verplicht. Omdat wij het heel belangrijk vinden dat iedereen zich veilig voelt bij ons, bieden wij onze medewerkers én ouders de ruimte om een mondkapje te dragen en afstand te houden als je je hierbij prettiger voelt. Wij vragen jullie dan ook bij het bezoeken van onze locaties rekening te houden met elkaars wensen hierin.
Wel of niet naar de opvang?
Twijfel je of je kind naar de opvang kan? Volg dan de beslisboom van BOinK. Sinds april dit jaar is er één beslisboom voor alle leeftijden.

Summer vacation is near! We are preparing for a nice summer program. Getting the schedules around is a challenge in some places. This is partly due to the staff shortage in our industry, but also to the high absenteeism due to, among other things, corona. Especially now that the contamination is rising again, we would like to draw your attention to a number of points. We do everything we can to keep the groups open, and you can help us with that! How that is done can you read below.
Sign your child off on time
Not all parents have indicated via the parent app when their child will or will not come to childcare during the summer holidays. Have you not yet deregistered your child for the days on which you do not need childcare? Then we ask you to do this as soon as possible. This way we can offer someone who does need shelter on that day a place and adjust our staff planning in time.
Even if your child unexpectedly does not come to daycare, e.g. due to illness, we ask you to report this as soon as possible via the parent app and to deregister your child.
Exchange and extra care
We are regularly asked whether it is possible to exchange a day of care or to purchase an extra day of care. We do our best to meet these questions, but unfortunately there is very little room for this due to the shortage of staff and the high demand for childcare. We ask for your understanding for this.
Guidelines corona
There are currently no official corona measures from the central government. There are, however, recommendations to limit the spread of the coronavirus. We ask you to take this into account. This way you can prevent contamination for yourself and others as much as possible.
- Wash your hands regularly.
- Sneeze and cough in your elbow.
- Complaints? Stay at home and test.
- Make sure there's enough fresh air.
- Get a vaccin or a booster.
1,5 meters distance and mouth cap?
Wearing a mouth cap and keeping a distance of 1.5 meters is not mandatory. Because we think it is very important that everyone feels safe with us, we offer our employees and parents the space to wear a mouth cap and to keep a distance if you feel more comfortable with this. We therefore ask you to take each other's wishes into account when visiting our locations.
